Ingredients:

· Paneer 200gms
· 1 Onions
· 1 tomatoes
· 1 capsicum
· 1 cup hung curd
· 2 tbsp. Kasturi methi
· 1 tbsp chilli powder
· 1 tbsp coriander
powder
· 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala Powder
· 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
· 1tbsp mustard oil
· Salt according to
your taste
· Orange red colour
(optional)
Method:-
· Cut
paneer into one and half inch square.
· Prepare marinade of
hung curd, kasturi methi, mustard oil, chilli powder, coriander powder, Tandoori Masala Powder and salt.
· Coat well the paneer
pieces with the marinade and shallow fry in a non-stick pan. Then mix well the
vegetables with the marinade and stir fry.
· Mix together the
paneer pieces and vegetables and serve hot.
· You can also grill
paneer and vegetables together and serve hot.
· Serve with green chutney.
