Book review: 150 brilliant ways to keep young minds fit and fine by Neera Maini Srivastav



Teenage years are something of a stress, both in terms of the biological changes that teenagers go through & in term of their life events. Being a parent, it’s our duty to make them understand right and wrong. It’s a challenging period for both parents and teens. Neera Maini Srivasatav, a writer by profession, has written a beautiful book for teens, helping each parent to guide their children with a positive approach. The book is split into 3 sections: Mind, Body and Spirit. It offers an integrated, holistic approach to every aspect of young teens. The language used is also simple, written in small paragraphs describing different aspects related to teenagers.

What I like: I loved the affirmations given in the end of each sub topic. These affirmations can be used by each and every one in their daily routines. I highly recommend parents to gift this book to your teens making them aware of their surroundings.
